Developer update | 7 January 2012

"You may recall that we were having a couple of issues with the IEE application.
The biggest problem that we faced was that they were reporting the road to be only 6 meters wide and so this would cause a problem with the licensing.
The main fault here was that they were relying on city hall documentation which in our case was very old and so not updated since the road was widened!

Well we have been focusing hard on that and to cut a long story short, we finally managed to get the road professionally measured and updated.
The road is way and above the required width and so now we are finalising the application paperwork and the full prospectus will be submitted very shortly.

We have been told now to expect this process to take 45-60 days and so this is finally good news but due to the above we have had to extend our scheduled start date to be the end of March and the completion date for the end of 2014.

A couple of changes that I would like to inform you about:

There are slight changes to some room sizes, and in particular the top floor corner one bedroom is now a very attractive 60m.

Also the Ground Garden Floor units are smaller (= cheaper and more affordable) and the previous water features have now been changed to ‘Tropical Garden’  (as apparently water is not natural enough to be considered as an environmental benefit!)
